PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a computer program for storing one or more volume attributes in a database. SOLUTION: The system receives the volume attributes which are associated with volumes. Search terms are assigned to the volume attributes. The volumes and the volume attributes are dynamically associated with a location of the volumes. The system assigns the search terms, the volume attributes, and the location of the volumes to the database. The database is stored at a local database and/or an external database. When one or more of the volume attributes are identified during an inquisition for the volumes, the volumes are dynamically retrieved from one or more of the local database and/or an external database.
