PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching control circuit for reducing simultaneous switching noise. SOLUTION: A switching control circuit includes: an output terminal 10 including an input terminal 1, an output terminal 2 and a switching element; a first circuit 20 which is connected to a control terminal of the switching element in the output circuit 10 and controls an input signal during a period of time in which an output signal of the output circuit 10 is varied; and a second circuit 30 which is connected to a control terminal in the first circuit 20 and generates a control signal for controlling a current to flow to the first circuit 20 during a period of time in which the output signal of the output circuit 10 is varied.
