PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for a cremorne lock, easily assembled with a small number of components and reducing the width dimension in a depth direction and an aspect direction of an opening/closing side stile of a sash. SOLUTION: A slide bar 32 having, on both ends, engaging pins detachably engaged with brackets mounted to the inner surface of a vertical frame 2 of a window frame is slidably fitted into a vertically long guide groove 22 formed in the outer surface in the aspect direction of the opening/closing side stile 14a of the sash 11. A slider 35 connected to the length direction center part of the slide bar 32 is provided with a bifurcated piece 37 penetrating the slide bar 32 and inserted in a longitudinally long hole 24 formed in the blocking end wall of the guide groove 22. A lever handle 31 provided on the indoor side face of a pedestal is provided with a handle shaft 40 penetrating the pedestal and the indoor side wall of a panel holding part 20, and the end of the handle shaft 40 is provided with a cam piece 44 directly pushing the bifurcated piece 37 up or down to slide the slide bar 32 vertically.
