PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the quality of a foot protection part by suppressing heat generation of the foot protection part with a large diameter. SOLUTION: Cement milk is produced by mixing low heat cement with water. A pile hole shaft part 11 is excavated (a), and a lower end is enlarged in diameter to form a pile hole 10 having a pile hole foot protection part 12 (b). The cement milk 16 is then filled from a hole bottom 13 of the pile hole foot protection part 12 to replace excavated mud of the pile hole foot protection part 12 with cement milk 22 (b). A precast pile 1 is then lowered into the pile hole 10, and the lower end of the precast pile 1 is located in the pile hole foot protection part 12.
