PURPOSE: A roasting table with an improved rotary holder for a roasting plate is provided to easily and quickly remove or replace a dirty roasting plate with a clean roasting plate. CONSTITUTION: A roasting table with an improved rotary holder for a roasting plate includes a roasting barrel whose upper part is opened in the center of the roasting table. A roasting plate motor and a cover plate motor are arranged on both sides of the roasting barrel respectively. At least two roasting plates(30) rotate toward the inside of the roasting barrel. A separate cover plate rotates toward the inside of a roasting barrel by a cover plate motor. |
