PURPOSE: An apparatus for power of a PC-integrated TV and a method using the same are provided to automatically turn off a PC unit and a TV unit through the input of a power-off command of the TV unit. CONSTITUTION: When a power-off command of a TV unit(120) is inputted, the TV unit generates a power-off signal of a PC unit(110). The TV unit performs the power-off operation of the TV unit. The PC unit receives the power-off signal of the PC unit from the TV unit. The PC unit performs the power-off operation of the PC unit. An interface unit(50) provides an interface between the TV unit and the PC unit.
