<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the information of a physical server on which each virtual server has been operated hitherto. <P>SOLUTION: A management server device 1 which is communicatively connected with a plurality of physical servers 2 on which virtual servers 23 are operated and which manages generation, a halt, movement between the physical servers 2 of the virtual servers 23 is provided with a system situation monitoring means 11, a system situation management means 12, a system situation storage part 13, a virtual server movement means 14, a movement history management means 15, and a movement history storage part 16. The movement history storage part 16 records the movement history of the virtual servers 23. The virtual server movement means 14 controls the movement of the virtual servers according to a request from the system situation monitoring means 11.
