PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently regulate the body temperature of an occupant by a simpler structure. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 2 has a temperature regulating member 30 for regulating the body temperature of the occupant H. The temperature regulating member 30 can be displaced between a rising position to rise from the surface of a seat cushion and a stored position to be stored in a storage portion 10 of the seat cushion 4 in the vehicle seat 2. The temperature regulating member is disposed between the thighs of the occupant H to warm or cool the inner side of the femoral region (where a plurality of thick blood vessels are gathered), so that the body temperature of the occupant can be efficiently regulated.
