摘要 <p>A method for producing a precipitation-hardened lean copper-based alloy and a method for producing a metal product therefrom relate to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the metallurgy of lean copper-based alloys, and can be used for producing a metal product from heat-conductive and electrically conductive, thermally stable alloys, including resistance-welding and micro-welding electrodes, thermally stable conductors, heat exchangers, moulds and punches, firewalls for combustion chambers in jet engines, printed circuit board bases, heat-resistant springs and contacts, etc. During the production, by the claimed method, of a precipitation-hardened lean copper-based alloy which is heat-conductive, electrically conductive and thermally stable, melting is carried out by superheating a copper melt, with the consecutive introduction into the latter of master alloys, and ingots are cast, followed by cooling of the melt, and then of the ingot, in a temperature range of from 1200 -1300°C to 500°C at a rate of not less than 30°C/sec. when casting using a semicontinuous method or casting into a water-coolable ingot mould, thus making it possible to increase the reliability and stability of the composition of the alloy, and consequently to improve the physical, mechanical and functional properties thereof. The pre-prepared master alloys used comprise compositions containing alloy components which are either weakly soluble in copper and require a significant increase in the temperature of the melt for this purpose or which constitute an ecological hazard. In order to achieve the optimum combination of given properties for a metal product which can be manufactured from the alloy produced, the ingots are subjected to thermal processing (hardening plus aging) or thermo-mechanical processing (hardening plus cold deformation plus aging or hardening plus aging plus cold deformation or hardening plus cold deformation plus aging plus cold deformation).</p>
