MOBILE, EXCHANGE, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile to easily exist in the area of a femtocell.

SOLUTION: The mobile in a mobile communication system includes: a receiving part for receiving an outgoing control signal including instruction information from an exchange from a radio base station; a cell search part for searching for a cell of a frequency indicated by the instruction information; an analyzing part for analyzing notification information of a femtocell detected by the cell search part; and a transmitting part for transmitting a position registration request signal for notifying the exchange that waiting has to be performed at the femtocell to the radio base station. The frequency indicated by the instruction information is a frequency of the femtocell in which the mobile is allowed to perform communication, and is a frequency that is stored beforehand in the exchange. A transmission signal that is defined beforehand so as to cause the exchange to notify the mobile of the instruction information is transmitted from the transmitting part.
