PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas analyzer available for analyzing exhaust gases of different types of engines. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas analyzer for analyzing the exhaust gas discharged from a discharge port of each cylinder of a multicylinder engine, includes a block having exhaust gas passage holes positioned corresponding to each discharge port of the multicylinder engine; a plurality of cylindrical rings; and a plurality of exhaust gas sensors having a through hole and detecting characteristics of the exhaust gas flowing through the through hole. Each ring is detachable from a position to which an inner hole of the ring is connected to the exhaust gas passage hole in the block, and each exhaust gas sensor is detachable from a position to which the through hole in the exhaust gas sensor is connected to the inner hole of the ring.
