SOLUTION: The thermoelectric material includes a first component that is conductive and a second component, having substantially lower conductivity than that of the first component; and the first component forms a conductive nanostructured network and the thermoelectric material generates potential in response to a thermal gradient applied to the thermoelectric material, or generates a thermal gradient in response to the potential applied to the thermoelectric material.
