PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter which is favorable in regulation and can prevent abnormal oscillation. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes a plurality of switch elements Q1, Q2 connected to both ends of a DC power supply Vin in series thereto, a series circuit which is connected to a connecting point of the plurality of switch elements and one end of the DC power supply and in which a primary winding P of a transformer T and a capacitor Cri are connected in series to each other, rectification smoothing circuits D1, D2 and Co which take out DC voltages by rectifying and smoothing voltages generated at secondary windings S1, S2 of the transformer, and a control circuit 10a which alternately turns off or turns off the plurality of switch elements by varying the switching frequencies of the plurality of switch elements so as to correspond to feedback signals based on the DC voltages. The control circuit includes a non-linearity change means 11a which changes the switching frequencies non-linearly with respect to the feedback amounts of the feedback signals.
