PURPOSE: A sub frame for suspension of a vehicle is provided to have NVH performance and durability simultaneously using load, inputting from a power train and a suspension part. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame for suspension of a vehicle(100) comprises a main frame(10) and ribs. The main frame comprises a first section(S1) and second sections(S2). Load of a power train is inputted to the first section. Load of the suspension part is inputted to the second sections which are arranged in both sides of the first section. The ribs are arranged in different shape on each of the first section and second section. The main frame forms a first rib(21) on the first section and the second ribs(31) on the second sections.
