PURPOSE: An antenna is provided to reduce the loss of a phase shifter by electrically connecting cables to a conductive member which is connected to a reflector. CONSTITUTION: A first line(304) is arranged in a first dielectric substrate(300). A second line(306) is arranged in a second dielectric substrate(302). A first cable(320) is electrically connected to the first line. A second cable(322) is electrically connected to the second line. A connection member(330,332) electrically connect the first cable to the second cable.
