<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy performance of a box, by using wind in traveling, as the box on a vehicle comprises flat panels having wide surface areas subjected to solar radiation leading to the box heating up. <P>SOLUTION: A panel 1 is intended to form a part of a wall 10a delimiting a refrigerated chamber of a refrigerated box 10 or to be attached on such a wall 10a. The panel 1 includes a photovoltaic module comprising at least one photovoltaic cell on the face of the panel 1 facing towards the outside of the box 10, a layer of insulating material on the face of the panel 1 facing towards the inside of the box 10, and air flow means 3 interposed between the photovoltaic module and the insulating layer.
