<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of accurately detecting the temperature of a cooking object and promoting penetration of a flavoring material to the cooking object. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes: an infrared ray sensor 106 for detecting infrared rays emitted from a cooking container 101; a first predetermined temperature control means 105a for controlling electric current applied to a heating coil 104 based on output of the infrared ray sensor 106 and maintaining the cooking container 101 at a temperature within a predetermined range from a first predetermined temperature; a second predetermined temperature control means 105b maintaining a temperature within a predetermined range from a second predetermined temperature lower than the first predetermined temperature; and a temperature switching means 105c for switching the first predetermined temperature control means 105a and the second predetermined temperature control means 105b.
