The regulator (41') has a balance (43') co-operating with a spiral (51') formed in a silicon based material layer. The balance has a balance spring that is co-axially mounted on a collet (55') and comprises a silicon dioxide based part. The collet comprises an extension part projecting from the spring and formed in a silicon based material layer, where the extension part is fixed on the balance. The balance has a hole increasing an inner diameter of the collet to receive a balance staff (49). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a monobloc regulator. |
