The device has a bar (1) whose ends are supported on a peripheral edge of a parallelepiped embedding case (2) and/or on a wall or a ceiling of a building. The bar has a hole (5) formed in a central part. The hole allows passage of a complementary fixation unit i.e. screw (4), integrated to a luminary. The complementary fixation unit cooperates with central fixation units i.e. vents, which are provided in the embedding case. The diameter of the hole is greater than the diameter of the complementary fixation unit.
