PURPOSE: A driving unit of a two-axis control pipe cutting machine is provided to rapidly and minutely cut pipe by an automatic cutting process and to facilitate the installation of a pipe cutting device. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(103) of a two-axis control pipe cutting machine comprises a semicircular magnet(113) and stepping motors(108,108'). The semicircular magnet is installed in a drive shaft(111) and is lifted in parallel to a wheel(102). The stepping motor transfers pipes in radial and longitudinal directions by biaxial control to cut the pipe or punch holes in a columnar direction.
