PURPOSE: An optical sensor probe using quantum dot and a detection method using the same are provided to improve detection sensitivity and to apply to biosensor field. CONSTITUTION: An optical probe comprises: a sensor membrane in which a carrier for measuring immune response is fixed on the surface; a light emitting diode which releases a certain wave length of light; an optical detector which releases light; an optical fiber which connects the sensor membrane, light emitting diode and optical detector or sensor membrane and optical detector; an excitation light filter placed in front of light emitting diode; and an emitted light filter placed in front of the optical detector.
