PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and labor required for discharging kneaded materials, and to prevent compounded compounding ingredients in powder form from scattering and to recover a nearly total amount of the compounding ingredients for each batch discharged from the kneading vessel in a closed and pressurized kneader with a kneading vessel reversible for discharge.SOLUTION: In the kneader including a kneading rotor 10 and the kneading vessel 3 which can be reversed for discharging the kneaded compound with the charge opening 4 openable by an openable pressurizing cover 5, a front wall 8a of opening walls 8 enclosing four sides of the charge opening is attached to hang down from the kneading vessel by a hinge 26 at the time of reversion of the kneading vessel. The kneading vessel can be reversed in a range of 90-120°. By installing an inner pressurizing cover 45 covering the charge opening 4 together with the pressurizing cover 5 to connect the duct 53 of a collector 50 to the inner pressurizing cover, the compounding ingredients in powder form jetted into the inner pressurizing cover are collected and the compounding ingredients in powder form collected with the filter 51 of the collector can be recovered to the kneading vessel 3. |
