<p>PURPOSE: A blanket for a printing roller and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the same polarity as an organic fluid supplied to a printing mold surface, thereby forming a pattern of line width on a substrate by improving adhesive force between organic fluid and printing mold. CONSTITUTION: A blanket for printing roller(110) includes a base film(106), a buffer unit(104) and a printing mold(108). The buffer unit is formed on rear surface of the base film. The printing mold has a metal resin to have stickiness on a surface by being formed on a front surface of the base film. The printing mold includes approximately 75~80% of subject matter, approximately 10% of subtitle matter, and approximately 0.5~1% of catalyst and approximately 5~10% of the metal resin. The catalyst enhances the reactivity when bonding the subject matter and the subtitle matter.</p> |
