PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in amplitude detection sensitivity of two constant envelope signals when the two constant envelope signals corresponding to an input signal are generated by an analog signal process. SOLUTION: An amplitude of a given reference signal is detected by a mixer (24) for detecting an amplitude of a first intermediate signal S1 and a mixer (26) for detecting an amplitude of a second intermediate signal S2 and the voltages related to the amplitudes are held by sampling hold circuits (36), (38).
