PURPOSE: A glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipe and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve rigidity and shock resistance and enable elastic deformation. CONSTITUTION: A glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipe comprises an inner protection layer(51), a first non-woven fabric(52), a reinforcing layer(53), a third non-woven fabric(63), and an outer protection layer(64). The inner protection layer is a hollow body and is formed of resin. The first non-woven fabric is laminated in the inner protection layer. The reinforcing layer ties the first non-woven fabric. The third non-woven fabric ties the reinforcing layer. The outer protection layer is made of resin is laminated in the third non-woven fabric.
