<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply constructed long material supporting tool to be mounted on a bolt body in combination with a nut body mountable on the bolt body at its side for firmly supporting a long material. <P>SOLUTION: The long material supporting tool comprises the nut body 1 mountable on the bolt body B at its axial side for maintaining the mounted condition with plastic deformation, and a support 2 fixed to the nut body 1 at its position of no plastic deformation for supporting the long material L. The support 2 has an abutting portion 2b for abutting on another portion of the bolt body B than a portion on which the nut body 1 is mounted.
