PURPOSE: A reference voltage generating circuit and a method for recompensing the process variation by using a plurality of diodes and transistor are provided to perform a process variation function by supplying the compensated reference voltage from a plurality of diodes is compensated. CONSTITUTION: An inductor(274) prevents the inflow of RF energy into a bias circuit(250). The bias circuit comprises a resistance(256) acting as a current source The resistance is combined in a standard voltage node, a gate terminal of a transistor(262), and a collector terminal of the transistor. A source terminal(264) of the transistor is combined in the base terminal of the transistor. The source terminal of the transistor is combined through the inductor in a base terminal(271) of the transistor.
