PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which prevents a powdered cosmetic in a cosmetic storage section formed by closing the opening by a partition section from unexpectedly leaking out and gushing out and facilitates fine adjustment of the powdered cosmetic adhering to an applicator such as a puff. SOLUTION: The powdered cosmetic container, which covers the container opening with the partition section which can control the taking out of the powdered cosmetic by expansion and contraction and forms the powdered cosmetic storage section storing the powdered cosmetics such as a face powder and a powder foundation, is provided with a cosmetic receiving tray to hold an appropriate quantity of the powdered cosmetic in the cosmetic storage section.
