<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acid resistant hydraulic solidifying material for a hardened body with reduced equipment cost and raw material cost, and to provide acid resistant concrete. <P>SOLUTION: Caustic soda and silica-containing inorganic powder are blended, so as to be a composition comprising, by weight, a 20 to 50% Na<SB>2</SB>O component, a 35 to 65% SiO<SB>2</SB>component, and in which the molar ratio between the SiO<SB>2</SB>component and the Na<SB>2</SB>O component, S/N, is controlled to 0.9 to 3.15, and they are mixed, thereafter, the mixture is compacted so as to be a raw material for a solidifying material. Further, the raw material for a solidifying material is cured under pressurized steam at 130 to 190°C for a prescribed time, and is subsequently pulverized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
