PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that prevents a deteriorated image quality caused by variations in characteristics such as an A/D conversion circuit without enlarging a circuit scale. SOLUTION: The image capturing apparatus includes: multiple pixel; multiple signal lines that transmit charge of the multiple pixel as electric signals; multiple signal conversion section that converts electric signal that transmits the multiple signal lines into digital signals; a random numbers generation section that generates random numbers; and an input control section that controls the electric signal that transmits the multiple signal lines so that the electric signal is input in any of multiple signal conversion sections according to the random numbers in the random number generation section.
