<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid stain around a pan by restraining bubbles and splashes in making stewing for a long time with the use of an induction heating cooker. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is provided with a direct-current power source circuit for rectifying and converting alternating-current power into direct-current power, an inverter circuit for converting the direct-current power into high-frequency power, a heating coil driven by the high-frequency power converted consisting of an inner coil for heating a center part of the pan, and an outer coil for heating an outer periphery part of the pan, an operation key operated at cooking for rousing convection inside the pan and stirring cooking materials, and a control means for controlling the inverter circuit, when the operation key is operated, to repeat cycles of carrying out outputting of the high-frequency power to the inner coil and outputting of the high-frequency power to the outer coil at different time zones, and controlling so that a high-frequency power to a coil with a larger coil area is made larger than a high-frequency power to a coil with a smaller coil area, out of the inner coil and the outer coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
