PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold structure capable of saving occupancy space without increasing cost even when a plurality of membrane cartridges are juxtaposed. SOLUTION: The manifold structure is provided wherein spiral membrane modules consisting of ballast treated water collection pipe and spiral membranes set on the outer periphery of the water collecting pipe are filled therein, a ballast raw water flow passage is formed outside the spiral membranes, two or more membrane cartridges obtaining the ballast treated water are juxtaposed on the water collection pipe via the membrane from the raw water flow passage side, a first manifold is set on one end of the two or more membrane cartridges and a second manifold is set on the other end.
