<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute the optimal prohibition setting of an operation panel at a remote operation from an external terminal device in an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device is configured to set an operation-panel lock mode by selecting either one of the following operation-panel lock modes, on the basis of a preset value of the number of users and an access state from a remote terminal: an operation-panel lock mode during input of an external operation, in which the operation panel of the image forming device is locked so as to be inoperable during input by a remote operation from the external terminal device; and an operation-panel lock mode through a reservation by an external operation, in which the operation panel is locked so as to be inoperable by making a reservation for executing the remote operation from the operation panel before the input of a remote operation from the external terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
