PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a device dealing with received messages which are received and processed without losing any input important message even under a high bus load. SOLUTION: The device dealing with the received messages, includes a communication interface controller 4 which operates, on behalf of a processor 2, for interpreting and screening the received messages every portion on the fly during reception and provides the received messages determined to have passed through screening to the processor for processing.
