PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion guide device capable of achieving miniaturization, and positioning an intermediate plate and a lid member relative to a moving member body. SOLUTION: In a leg part 4b of the intermediate plate 4, a turnaround passage inner peripheral side structural part 20 is arranged. In a leg part 5b of the lid member 5, a recessed part 36 for a turnaround passage fitted to the turnaround passage inner peripheral side structural part 20 of the intermediate plate 4 with the lower surface 20c of the turnaround passage inner peripheral side structural part 20 of the intermediate plate 4 exposed, is arranged. By the turnaround passage inner peripheral side structural part 20 and the recessed part 36 for the turnaround passage, the lid member 5 is horizontally positioned relative to the intermediate plate 4. Moreover, a vertically positioning protruded part 26 protruded toward the lid member 5 is arranged in the intermediate plate 4, and a lid member side vertically positioning recessed part 34 fitted to the vertically positioning protruded part 26 of the intermediate plate 4 is arranged in the lid member 5. By the vertically positioning protruded part 26 and the lid member side vertically positioning recessed part 34, the lid member 5 is vertically positioned relative to the intermediate plate 4.
