<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support decision-making of a person in charge belonging to a group to cope with an incident. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone processing system 100 of one embodiment includes a telephone control device 10 and a plurality of person-in-charge TELs 18. When a call request to a group to cope with an incident is received, the telephone control device 10 sequentially transmits call requests to the plurality of person-in-charge TELs 18 and at least a person-in-charge TEL 18, which has transmitted the call request, is notified from the device about the situation of a call with each of persons in charge belonging to the group.
