PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing apparatus that can contribute to prevention of a health obstacle of a worker caused by inhaling an organic solvent in a segment seal sticking work (organic solvent work) area in a soundproof house. SOLUTION: The sealing apparatus 20 includes an upper cover body 22 arranged in a wall panel side area, with its base part turnably connected to a wall panel, to cover the upper part of an organic solvent work area in a state of turning from the wall panel side; a base shaft body 30 mounted to the front part of the upper cover body 22; a transparent sheet group of band shape hanging down in overlap shop curtain shape from the base shaft part 30 to a floor; base shaft bodies 30a mounted to both side parts of the upper cover body 22; transparent sheet groups of band shape hanging down in overlap shop curtain shape from the base shaft bodies 30a to the floor; a base shaft body 30c mounted to the rear part of the upper cover body 22; a sheet 29a hanging down from the base shaft body 30c to the floor; and an upper cover body driving means 24 driving the upper cover body 22 to turn from the wall panel side to the side of covering the upper part of a segment seal sticking work area 3.
