PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion cable which can be accommodated compactly, thereby hardly becoming a nuisance for a user during carrying it with him/her and to provide an antenna device and a receiving apparatus. SOLUTION: A conversion cable has: a signal transmission cable 20; a round type jack 30 connected to one end side of the signal transmission cable 20; and a flat type plug 41 connected to the other end side of the signal transmission cable 20.
