PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip capable of dispensing a specimen-containing liquid by a simple means and in high accuracy, to provide a specimen reactor, and to provide a method for specimen reaction. SOLUTION: The biochip 1 includes: a first chamber 10; a second chamber 20 filled with a wax 22 with a melting point of 25-63°C; and a narrow part 30 set in between the first chamber 10 and the second chamber 20. In the biochip 1, a receiving chamber 24 communicating via the narrow part 30 with the first chamber 10, with at least part of the wall surface formed of the wax 22, is formed in the second chamber 20.
