THROUGH-CURRENT PREVENTION CIRCUIT AND VEHICLE MOTOR DRIVING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational reliability by preventing a through-current in accordance with the actual operation of a semiconductor switching element.

SOLUTION: When measuring an electrification current that flows to an IGBT (BTU2) on a lower arm side, a transistor Q2 senses the electrification current of the IGBT (BTU2) with application voltages of serial resistors R1 and R2. A transistor Q3 then level-shifts an output signal of the transistor Q2. A transistor Q4 then forcibly performs OFF control on an IGBT (BTU1) in accordance with an emitter voltage of the transistor Q3.
