ECO-FRIENDLY SURFACE PROTECTANTS

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly surface protecting agent is provided to protect the material characteristics of a concrete repairing mortar from being reduce by mixing an epoxy base resin component and a hardening component. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly surface protecting agent is based on 69 to 81 weight% of an epoxy base resin component and 19 to 31 weight% of a hardening component. The epoxy base resin component is based on 54 to 82 weight% of an epoxy resin, 5 to 11 weight% of a reactive diluent, 2 to 8 weight% of a coagulant, 3 to 9 weight% of an emulsifier, and 8 to 18 weight% of water. The hardening component is based on 24 to 35 weight% of polyoxypropylenediamine, 12 to 21 weight% of toluene, 8 to 15 weight% of titanium oxide, 11 to 21 weight% of garamite, 2 to 8 weight% pigment, and 11 to 19 weight% of water. An eco-friendly surface protecting method using the surface protecting agent includes the following: Protrusions and laitances on the surface of a concrete structure are eliminated(S10). The surface of the concrete structure is washed(S20). A putting agent is applied on the surface of the concrete structure(S30). The surface protecting agent is applied on the surface of the concrete structure(S40 to 60).
