<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device that suppresses loss due to a recovery current while suppressing a surge voltage by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The switching device is configured as follows. An inverter circuit constituting a motor control device includes a smoothing capacitor, FETs, and a snubber circuit. The snubber circuit is composed of a capacitor. The capacitor 102a constituting the snubber circuit 102 is connected to a position that an inductance Lr1 of a path r1 is ten times as large as an inductance Lr2 of a path r2. The path r1 reaches the other connection point a2 of the capacitor 102a from one connection point a1 of the capacitor 102a via the smoothing capacitor 100. The path r2 is formed by the series-connected FETs 101a, 101d and the capacitor 102a. By this, it is not necessary to separately provide a circuit for suppressing a recovery current unlike the conventional one, and loss due to a recovery current is suppressed while suppressing a surge current by a simple configuration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
