PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyaryletherketone polymer with advantageous and useful characteristics.

SOLUTION: A pack is provided which contains a polymer material having a melt viscosity (MV) of 0.05 to 0.12 kNsm-2, and being of a type including (a) phenyl moieties, (b) carbonyl moieties and (c) ether moieties. Such low MV materials may be injection molded or extruded to produce thin walled components; or used as ingredients of highly filled compositions.
