PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant function layer which has a high deodorizing function in addition to an excellent anti-soiling function, and a multilayer structural body and an interior finishing material provided with the layer.SOLUTION: The deodorizing function layer includes an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene unit content of ≥10 mol%, and deodorizing particles and has a plurality of protrusions formed of the deodorizing particles as the nuclei on its surface. Preferably, the ratio of the average particle size of the deodorizing particles to the average thickness of the deodorizing function layer is ≥1 and ≤10. The multilayer structural body has a base material layer and the deodorizing function layer laminated on the surface side of the base material layer. The interior finishing material is provided with the multilayer structural body.
