PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunlight heat collecting apparatus of high heat collecting efficiency efficiently transmitting solar radiation energy collected in a heat collecting section by a reflection mirror to a heat medium flowing in a heat medium pipe.SOLUTION: This solar light collecting device in which the solar radiation energy is concentrated on the heat collecting section to heat the heat medium flowing in the heat collecting section, includes a transparent glass double vacuum pipe 2, a selective absorption film 3 covering an outer peripheral face of an inner pipe 2b of the double vacuum pipe 2, a heat transfer fin 10 capable of being kept into face-contact with an inner peripheral face of the inner pipe 2b of the double vacuum pipe 2 by elasticity, and the heat medium pipe 15 kept into face-contact with an inner face of the heat transfer fin 10, an outer surface of the heat transfer fin 10 is provided with an anodized film 14, and an outer diameter of the heat transfer fin 10 is same as or more than an inner diameter X of the inner pipe 2b of the double vacuum pipe 2. |
