PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on degradation of performance in frosting in a conventional refrigerating cycle device, that as surface treatment to improve the performance in frost formation is not performed on a fin used in an evaporator, a position where moisture in the air is condensed and attached to the surface of the evaporator as water drops, is not specified when a refrigerant of 0°C or less is supplied to the evaporator and the surface of the evaporator has frost, so the water drops easily coalesce and are condensed as large water drops, thus pressure loss of an air trunk due to unevenness of a frost layer is increased, and the performance in frost formation is degraded.SOLUTION: As a number of pores of a prescribed diameter are formed on the fin used in the evaporator, at prescribed distances to each other, water drops and ice drops are formed on ridge lines of the pores on a cooling face (evaporator), when the surface of the evaporator has frost due to moisture in the air, so the condensed liquid drops hardly coalesce, and a size of the water drops in coagulation is reduced, thus a thin frost layer is formed, the pressure loss of the air trunk can be reduced, the performance in frost formation can be improved, and energy can be saved. |
