PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve low power consumption by suppressing charge and discharge power when writing a video signal voltage while maintaining a flicker level.SOLUTION: A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, and a driving transistor that drives the light-emitting element to emit light in accordance with the input video signal voltage. A pixel driver supplies the video signal voltage to the pixel circuit through a signal line so as to drive the pixel circuit to emit light. The pixel driver allows light emission of the pixel circuit to be carried out in accordance with the video signal voltage at predetermined light emission frequency and further allows write-in of the video signal voltage in each of the pixel circuits through the signal line to be carried out at write-in frequency lower than the light emission frequency. |
