ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to environmental performance information that is frequently reevaluated without requiring the update of recorded information of an on-vehicle terminal.

SOLUTION: The environmental performance information management system includes: an environmental performance information table for storing environmental performance information including an environmental performance rank representing an environmental load level during automobile traveling for each vehicle model; an ETC on-vehicle terminal information acquiring part connected to an ETC toll collection system provided on a toll road through a network to acquire a vehicle model and an ETC card number as ETC on-vehicle terminal information about an automobile traveling on the toll road; an environmental performance rank determining part for referring to the environmental performance information of the environmental performance information table with the vehicle model as a key to determine an environmental performance rank for each vehicle model; and an environmental performance rank distributing part connected through the network to a service providing system for providing each ETC card number with services on the basis of the environmental performance rank to distribute the environmental performance rank together with the ETC card number to the service providing system.
