摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heating efficiency by uniformly heating peripheral surfaces of heat transfer tubes. <P>SOLUTION: A heat receiving surface 102 extended in a vertical plane is set in a casing 101 of a solar heat receiver 100 disposed at the top part of a tower 9. The heat transfer tubes running compressive working fluid are disposed within the plane of the heat receiving surface 102. Sunlight projected from a light-collector disposed on a mirror disposing surface 10a is captured in the casing 101 via a sunlight inlet 104a, and the peripheral surface of one side of a pipe is irradiated with the captured sunlight. Sunlight projected from a light-collector disposed on a mirror disposing surface 10b is captured in the casing 101 via a sunlight inlet 104b, and the peripheral surface of the other side of a pipe is irradiated with the captured sunlight.
