The device has a chirurgical wire whose ends are provided with needles. A knitted fabric sleeve (3) is located around the chirurgical wire at a short distance, where the sleeve is compacted by traction on the ends of the wire from front to back through abdominal walls (P1, P2). The chirurgical wire and the knitted fabric sleeve are made of absorbable material and non absorbable material, respectively, where length of the knitted fabric sleeve is varied according to surgical indication.
